Hello Everyone,
Thanks again to all our new supporters this week. As we enter the final day of our campaign, I just wanted to say a particular thank you to Shubhrangshu Roy, who has not only helped us to spread the word about First Orbit, through his article appearing in tomorrow’s edition of http://www.mydigitalfc.com/ – but has now joined us as an Executive Producer. We are delighted to be able to add Shubhrangshu to our credits, along with the rest of you.
Shubhrangshu has also connected us with his friend Madhurendra Sinha, business editor of India’s largest Hindi news portal http://www.bhaskar.com/, who has helped us to to finesse our Hindi translation of the film.
We now have all our languages ready for encoding onto the discs and are close to submitting our final film credits with all your names on.
There are still 24 hours left to spread the word – so don’t stop! We’d still love to have 100 of you on the film’s end credits…. just 10 to go!
Thanks so much,
Chris
Hello Everyone,
Another great week for us on our IndieGoGo campaign, so thanks to everyone again who’s joined us. Particular thanks to our friends at the great Space Boffins Podcast, and to Jamas Enright, Jun Okuhara, Dr Richard Corfield, Carlos Del Rio Pimentel and Scott Weir.
Our top producers at Re:Fine completed the final master discs this week for both the BluRays and DVDs, and the newly mastered film looks stunning in HD. Combined with Tim Turan’s excellent new sound mix and restoration of the Gagarin mission audio First Orbit looks and sounds amazing!
Just one week left to join us, so do continue to share our story with your own communities. We’re not far off our target of adding 100 names to our credits!
Chris
