From the Director, T.J. Bryson:
Finish What You Started is a short comedy about two best friends, Harp and Brett, in their last few months of high school. While at a party, Brett has a chance with Jess, a girl he has been “putting moves on” for years. Jess is newly singly and Brett is ready to take his shot. After making a fool of himself, he wakes up the next morning hung over and upset. With the help of Harp, Brett decides that if there is anything worth finishing in his life, it is what he has started with Jess. Harp helps Brett overcome ex-boyfriends, police officers, overweight bus drivers and an annoying underclassman that is weirdly obsessed with Brett.
Finish What You Started is my Senior Project as a Film and Video Major at Drexel University. With your help and the help of an extremely talented cast and crew, we will be able to create this short film about someone who is willing to put everything on the line.
So this is where I am asking for your help. In order to take this from the pages to the screen we will need money. We need to pay for food, costumes, props, locations and transportation among other things. We are asking for $1,500 in total to cover 6 days of shooting. No amount is too small but if you can’t donate money and have something else you would like to contribute it would be greatly appreciated.
