Final Hours

Help us make a personal yet universal film about loss and the way we cope

Final Hours is a film about the moment that people unite in the last minutes spent with a family member before they pass away.

When eleven year old Rachel’s mum is rushed to hospital in critical condition, her Uncle David tells her a mystical fairy story filled with knights, princesses and dragons to distract her. It soon becomes apparent that this story is reflecting what is happening in the real world. Rachel must find out the ending before her mother passes on.

Based on personal accounts and real life experiences, with a fantasy twist – final hours is a short, yet moving film that comments on the way we deal with the inevitable.

This is where we need you!

There are a variety of benefits available to those who to contribute.

Depending on the amount you donate, you could be rewarded with:

Posters.

DVD copies.

Soundtrack CD.

Special thanks on the Credits.

Props and Costumes used in the film.

A credit as Associate Producer on IMDB.

And that’s not all! We will also keep you constantly updated on the film’s progress, so you’re never in the dark about how your money is being spent.

The film will be taken to a range of prestigious festivals, both in the UK and overseas – this is an opportunity for us to get both ours, and your name out there as a contributor – so please, be generous!

We need $10,000 to get the film up and running. This funding will cover areas that include casting, locations, equipment hire and special effects design.

Principal photography will take place in London, from the 15th until the 21st of September. This is where the majority of the budget will go.

This is a delicate subject matter, so it deserves the right treatment, and although money doesn’t equal everything, it certainly helps a lot! If you sponsor us, you will be contributing to more than just a film – you will be helping convey a seriously personal and emotional message.
