Elliot Havok sunglasses were designed to be practical, affordable, as well as fashionable. It promotes modern sophistication without compromising comfort by combining subtle, but distinguished styles in ergonomic wood and gloss/matte designs.

We felt the need to design a quality pair that is less mainstream plastic and more refined, as well as practical.

We designed the first line of Elliot Havok.

Your pledges on kickstarter will contribute to the production of 3 types of frames.

Each frame will retail at $109.00

• Architect - Gloss Black w/ Clear Lens for Prescription Use

Each pair will also include a 30 by 30 centimeter (about 12x12 in.) microfiber pocket square used to clean the lenses.

• Rosewood Temple Arms to provide optimal durability and pliability
• Unique Grain Patterns and etched logos for each pair

After numerous assessments on a variety of woods like birch, oak, and cherry, it was decided that rosewood had the most suitable strength, pliability, texture and grain patterns.

Taking these aspects into consideration, we engineered Ergofit temple arms that can be effectively worn on all heads.

9-layer Polarized UV Lenses

Some designer shades charge hundreds of dollars to manufacture plastic frames with polycarbonate lens that only prevent cracking, but Elliot Havok provides 9-layer polarized UV lens.

These consist of :

• 2 Shock Absorbers - to prevent cracking or shattering of lenses 
• 2 Waterproof Anti-Scratch Layers - to maintain clear vision
• 4 UV Filters - to fully protect against harmful ultraviolet radiation
• 1 Polarized Core - to provide optimal contrast and glare reduction.

We join these parts with steel spring loaded hinges that outfit the sunglasses with ample durability and flex during wear.

After numerous assessments on lumber, plastics, and lenses, we have finished designing and testing for a final prototype. We can now start production of the frames for the public with all of your help.
