We have confirmation that the Sport Bottles have left the factory. We will get them out to you as soon as they arrive. The samples from this production run were outstanding and we know you will love them. Thanks for hanging with us.

Dear Friends,
I know you have been waiting with anticipation to receive your own Define Bottle. Our original plan was to have the bottle in your hands by the end of January, but the quality of the product was not where it needed to be for us to send it out. We have resolved the quality issues and production has started. Unfortunately, the bottles did not ship from the manufacture before the Chinese went on their New Years holiday. They are back, production will finish, and we will airship the bottles to the US to save weeks of time. We promise you will have your bottles and we certainly hope you love them.

It is time for production! We have identified the final corrections needed and have a quality control process in place to make sure we send out a great product. We did a limited production run and found 3 issues that needed to be fixed before the larger run begins. We have sent our check to the factory and production will start right away. Thank you for being patient as we worked through the manufacturing issues. We know we are behind schedule, but we refuse to send out a piece of junk. The glass and bamboo bottles are going to be about 2-3 weeks behind the white Sport bottle due to some manufacturing issues with the glass. We will continue to keep you updated and promise to deliver a great product.
We now have a working prototype in hand. We are making a minor change to the gaskets to prevent leaking, but otherwise this bottle is working just like it should. Mass production should start after New Year’s. If you haven’t told us the type of bottle (Sport- which is the white bottle, or Classic- which is the glass and bamboo one), now is the time to start sending us those e-mails! We look forward to getting your bottles into your hands. I have used mine for a few days to test it out and people have been stopping me to ask about it. It is very cool looking!

We continue to make progress but encounter interesting challenges everyday. Today we found out the packaging is just a bit small for the bottle (see attached picture). This should be a quick fix. I believe we will get our next round of product samples over the Christmas holiday and should be able to get into main production around Jan 1. Few weeks for shipping and then bottles will be delivered. Happy holidays! – The Define Bottle Team
