We have negotiated very good rates with a very talented team. It will be $35,000 to complete the film which covers...
Anthony Miller - Producer
Filmmaking came early in the life of Anthony Miller who, at the age of 17, had already compiled an impressive list of top awards from national film festivals and societies for outstanding filmmaking. Upon graduating with a degree from the University of Southern California School of Cinema-Television, Anthony began his career as a professional filmmaker.
With employment tenures at Soisson Murphey Productions (Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure, Nightmare on Elm Street) and Overseas Filmgroup in Los Angeles, Anthony began working his way up and settling in as a Producer.
Anthony’s first feature film, “Flipping”, starring Keith David and David Proval, was purchased and distributed domestically in theaters in the fall of 1997. While earning recognition from Daily Variety, the film had continued life through foreign ancillary markets and domestic media releases.
Teaming up with Director, Scott Storm, Anthony’s second feature film, “Burn”, was a Slamdance Film Festival official selection and Jury Award Winner. Director Bryan Singer (The Usual Suspects, X-Men) and musician Adam Duritz (Counting Crows) both served as Executive Producers. The film enjoyed a global film festival run resulting in numerous awards along the way. A possible distribution release is still being discussed by the team.
Upon the completion of other produced shows and content for NBC, The Walt Disney Company and Digital Entertainment Network, Electronic Arts Los Angeles tapped Anthony as one of several producers to develop and produce their flagship video game franchise, Medal of Honor, from creator Steven Spielberg. He spent the following six years at EALA producing content for the award winning game.
Further, in conjunction with his career as a producer, Anthony has produced content of another kind as well, this time in the visual effects industry. What initially started out as a fascination has turned into an adjoining career path fusing both business and creative realms together. As a result, Anthony has served as a visual effects artist on multiple projects including “Clash of the Titans”, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1” and “Cats and Dogs” all from Warner Brothers Entertainment.
