I want to record a CD of the Mayan chants I've been writing for the past 20 years, with drums, rattles, conch shells, poetry and song and ambiant sounds.
For the past 20 years I have been preparing for this Dec 21st Winter Solstice, the final day of the Maya's prophetic calendar. I've been chanting the days in various ways for many years. Now I want to share it with everyone, to help us all center ourselves. This Dec. 21st through the 23rd a pulse from the core of the Milky Way will lift the spirits of humanity. But it will fade after that unless we're centered enough to hold the higher energy. This CD I want to make will help folks perpare for that. The chants are relaxing and deep.
I just need the funds to pay a sound engineer and a CD duplicator. I can record ASAP. I'll use the funds as they come in and take it as far as it can go to become a unique meditative listening experience. I'll do all the art myself and include all the lyrics and such. I'll send them out as the funds come in.
