Who We Are

I'm Jill Richmond, Co-Founder and CEO of Cheftabl.  Over the past 3 years, I designed and launched pop-up restaurants and invitation-only dining series in London and Washington, DC, connecting dozens of the most innovative chefs with thousands of curious and adventurous diners.  

These special events created an intense and unique chemistry. Chefs were doing what they love most - exercising their creative muscles and interacting with insatiable diners.  Diners were eager to be a part of these customized, highly personal events in which they got to know the chef under the toque.

Cheftabl recreates that excitement, innovation, and passion for food and dining. I have joined with John Eden, Chief Product Officer, to connect foodies with chefs and give chefs the opportunity to experiment and challenge themselves.

Our web-based reservation and payment platform provides a simple and easy launch pad for discerning diners to start on their next food adventure. Whether you’re on your laptop or mobile device, we are the new gateway drug for foodies.
