Our Story

Hello! My name is Linda Kim.
I am the writer and director of this project, "Carried Inside", a short film about a successful young woman with an ostensibly perfect life whose world is derailed when her brother shows up with their mother's ashes. The story goes to follow the siblings through their struggle to cope over their loss as well as their struggle to understand and care for each other. 

The Impact

The truth is, without your help, we won't be able to make the film as pretty as we'd like. We also, most importantly, won't be able to provide the level of accommodations for our cast and crew that we'd prefer. The more comfortable our cast and crew, the better the film!

Your contributions will be going to buy props, wardrobe, items with which to set dress each location, makeup, locations, and of course craft services! (I want this film to be visually great but in order to show my gratitude toward my cast and crew, I'm aiming to have good food on set as well. And that adds up!)
