Hi, this is Kyle, Dean, Ivan and Andrew from the band Alyeus. Together we have devoted our focus and effort into creating a progressive rock concept album that has been three years in the making. The music is now complete and ready to be shown to the world. We have poured our time and creativity into making this music.
In order for our music to be properly brought to life, we need to record the album with the best posible tools. We would not be doing this if we were in it for the money; we do it soley because we love music and want to share it. We have all of this music to share, but we have come to a point where we need more finances than we currently can provide to make this dream a reality.
Making any type of contribution to the Alyeus Forty Days at Sea Campaign will bring us one step closer to having the money to record this long overdue album. It's not just about the music, but about the complete vision. We have artwork in place, with more currently in the works. We have merchandise ideas (many of them) that all have to do with the concepts in our story. Additionally, the story has been in the works for years, and we would love to see a book or graphic novel come into fruition along with the music.
We would owe our success entirely to YOU, the people that made it happen. The Forty Days at Sea project is the most important thing in our lives and upon it's launch we would go anywhere to share our music and vision.
What We Need & What You Get
Our goal is to raise $5000 to record the Forty Days at Sea Album. This will include recording, mastering, and production of the CD. All money before we reach our $5000 goal will 100% go to the Album. As the fundraising goes under way we will keep you posted on everythng via video or other updates.
If we have the good fortune of making more than our goal, the rest of the money will be used to fund merchandise, vinyl records, pre-orders, artwork, and potentially a book or comic book. The Forty Days at Sea Project is not limited by time or will power, but only by money. If you believe in us and want to see what we are made of, please donate!
