Always Raining Here: Volume 1

Hello Indiegogo/ARH Readers!

We are Hazel and Bell, the duo behind Always Raining Here. We're raising money to publish the first volume of our webcomic in print, which has been a work in progress for the last year and a half! It will be a 96-page long, full colour paperback book.

With your donations, we will be able to see our hard work in a physical medium and if you donate enough, you will be able to get a copy for yourself!

We're going to need $5500 to get ARH in print.  All the money at this point is going towards the printing of the books, which includes taxes, shipping to us, and indiegogo fees. When we're done, it will be in full colour, perfect bound and professionally done.

If you participate in the fundraiser/preorder and donate $25 or more, you automatically receive a copy of Always Raining Here v.1. The book itself is 20 dollars, and the five dollars includes shipping to Canada and the US (we ship elsewhere, but it costs a little more). If you donate more, you can get extra perks that range from author signatures to keychains, tote bags and original work like sketches and hand written fiction. This fundraiser takes both paypal and credit card, and you don't even need an account to donate to us!

We have set out 35 days for this pre-order - so you basically have until the end of this fundraiser to order this comic. If we don't reach our full goal by the deadline, we'll still use the funds we raise for printing, and everyone will get the perks they donated for, but we will probably end up doing a smaller run.

On the other hand, if we reach our goal before the fundraiser is over, we will post exclusive short stories and other bonus content we wouldn't otherwise post!

Thank you so much everyone for helping us get to this point. We have spent the last two weeks compiling the volume for print, so we'll be glad to see all our hard work printed! We will post some bonus stuff for you guys in a few days, but in the meantime Bell and I are just scrambling putting the last peices together for the volume. 

Also, if you're still interested in donating now that we've reached our goal, please do! The 5500 we raised merely covers printing costs + shipping to us and taxes. Any money raised beyond this will go directly towards the other prizes we're giving out here and other shipping costs! Every dollar helps.

As the 5500 dollars we raised will only cover the bare-minimum cost of printing the books, we decided to set another goal to help cover the rest of the costs (fees/prints/keychains/totebags). As a gift to you guys, we will be giving out a free exclusive pre-order only print to everyone who purchases a print version of the book if we reach 7,000 before the end of the fundraiser! Keychains: cute chibi Carter and Adrian acrylic charms!

Buttons: There are Carter and Adrian chibi buttons.We will also have other buttons that are TBA - most likely quotes, and other things!

Stickers: We will have Carter and Adrian chibi sticker sheets.

Tote Bag: It will be a tan colour with a print of chibi Carter and Adrian on it + raindrops.

Poster: Big poster of Adrian and Carter to have on your wall (wide cover image with them falling). 

T-shirt: Raindrops, Adrian and Carter all on one T-shirt.

Commissions details:

Art Commissions from Hazel are in limited qauntity. Hazel will draw one to two characters, Always Raining Here, fanart or your original characters, digitally coloured with a simple background or hand drawn and coloured with markers. Example. We can discuss what time I'll be doing this, but it'll probably be some time around late October/early November. I will send you the file and and print out a nice copy with your order, or send you the original if it's hand-drawn.

Story Commissions from Bell will be varying from 500-5000 words depending on donation. They are limited to Always Raining Here content (I can't sell fanfiction that would be bad!) and everything will be considered non-canon. You can request any prompt as detailed as you would like. I withold the right to make any sex scene fade out at any point in time. We can discuss the rating and content (I'm fine with writing violence and other intense situations, but generally I won't write porn unless you donate like 500 bucks).

Shipping Details:

Shipping for the comic is included for comics going to the US + Canada. If you're international, please add 10 dollars to help us with shipping fees! We will ship anywhere. Keep in mind that books will be sent via regular post. 

NOTE: If you've already contributed, but forgot to add shipping, you can add it by clicking "Contribute now" and scrolling to the bottom of the list and selecting "No perk, just a contribution" and put 10 dollars for international orders. Thanks you!
