Hello, my name is Jeff Kendrick and I would like to welcome you to our indiegogo page for the All Axess iphone/ipad application. You may have recently come across our interview in Forbes magazine about the modern music industry. I have always possessed a strong passion for guitar playing and it has been the driving force behind the creation of this company with my co-founder Mike Spreitzer. All Axess revolves around a distinct philosophy: bridging the gap between the creators of music and their loyal fans. In the past two years, All Axess has become a force on the web. Many famous guitar players have been interviewed, given lessons and this in turn has increased web-traffic for the site dramatically.

Our start-up in California is now expanding into the application market. All Axess plans to bring it's approach to learning Guitar, Drums, Bass and the music world to your mobile device. We plan on creating a monthly subscription service that users will find informative, interesting and thorough. Whether it is by way of famous artists giving lessons, sharing tips and techniques, or even giving an exclusive perspective on their lives, members are given "Axess" to it all with the service we provide.

Our goal is to provide a service for the All Axess member that exceeds the standards of other educational applications. After years of research and educational study, we concluded that there is a lack of apps for individual musicians to educate their fans. The app market for professional musicians has not been cultivated to the level that we feel is satisfactory. We plan to raise the bar and not only provide the highest level of musical instruction, but provide an insight in to your favorite musicians lives like never before. Believe it or not, most musicians actually enjoy engaging with fans on a daily basis. All Axess is planning to set the standard with an exciting, interesting and ground-breaking new method of both instruction and interaction on the web. We have this ability as our site is a community built by musicians for musicians. Our love of music and our experiences of being touring and recording artists for the past ten years have fueled and shaped our vision. The declining financial nature of being a musician has compelled us to create a service that can help musicians world-wide. We have created a new revenue source for all of our friends and colleagues. As the music industry further changes we, out of necessity, must create new opportunities. We have embraced technology and pulled together our resources to bring forth a new learning tool and a new interactive community.

The All Axess application will be able to provide subscribers with exclusive lesson series from their favorite guitar players. This is quite the opposite from most guitar apps that provide only individual lessons or segments. There will also be the opportunity to subscribe to a series of lessons from specific musicians with a new lesson updated each day. Lessons will span 5-10 minutes long and will encompass instruction of the artists’ songs, exercises, approaches to playing, equipment tips and sound development. Once the subscriber receives the lesson, the clip will be stored in a special library that the user will always be able access. In addition, users will have an option to view selected lessons offline. Depending on the level of pledge funds achieved, the app may also contain performance-grading software for the user, which would provide a clear and concise grading of their guitar playing.

We are proud to announce that for the first All Axess Artist segment, we are working with Bring Me the Horizon’s Jona Weinhofen to develop his app and film a series of lessons. Through All Axess, Jona’s fans will now have more insight into his lifestyle, as well as learning his skills on the guitar and the elements of his sound. We are proud that our flagship app is with Jona and know the fans will be too!

All of the funding that we receive will go towards building the most technologically advanced app which in turn will change the way guitar playing is taught. There is really no limit to the amount that can be pledged, but the required amount stated will satisfy the basic app specifics as well as the cost of shipping our perk packages. When the satisfactory funds for our bottom line are met, we will continue to keep our indiegogo constituents privy to where we intend to spend our future funds. We have a great roster of musicians lined up who are excited to exclusively share their skills and daily life experiences through social media. As soon as we reach our initial goal, we will announce who the next artist in this new app series will be and the amount we need to raise to create their app. We are going to keep this a suprise until we reach our initial target. Do you think it will be another guitarist? Think again! Our unique plan and vision is allowing us to pave the way for the most formidable instructional/artist interactive app on the market.

We have some enticing and awesome packages for our perk members of this indiegogo campaign. So far, the artists involved have put a lot of time into these packages and are extremely passionate about this project. Not only have we specifically focused on providing products that are licensed to artists on the All Axess roster, but we have tried to make the packages a “better value for money". Our Perks, dollar for dollar, are better than any purchase you could make in a store for equivalent items. We have also tried to create some amazing “Once in a lifetime” experiences to really help celebrate the success of this project. If we manage to exceed our intial goal, we will release new, "Artist" specific perk packages. Expect to see some limited edition packages and experiences that have been put together for the next artist that we announce.
