OUR STORY

We are professional musicians living in NYC. We met working at the Off-Broadway musical The Fantasticks. Coming from very different backgrounds, we shared a desire to create something that was truly our own. What began as a spontaneous improv jam session in the spring of 2012 has grown into something more fulfilling than we could have ever imagined. 

Our songs were initially inspired and loosely based on missed connections ads on Craigslist. This idea grew into the broader theme of human connections, ever fascinated by the stories of how people come into each other's lives.  We moved on to the stories of our closest friends and before we knew it we had a handful of songs that we felt very proud of.

WHY WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT

We have spent the better part of a year putting this project together. We want nothing more than to share these songs with you. Assuming we reach our goal, we will be able to cover all anticipated costs- including studio time, mixing, mastering, packaging of physical CDs, digital distribution, marketing, etc.  

Naturally there will be many unforeseen expenses as this is our first time going through this exciting process. Once the album is complete, we will have a CD release party and there are of course expenses associated with that. In the end, anything you can donate will be immensely appreciated. This is something we have put our hearts and souls into! We hope you enjoy it!
