It’s gonna be a fiesta-of-a-bootcamp with a run around the National Mall followed by The 30×30 Bootcamp! Come join us in this Cinco de Mayo edition of 30×30!

Crossfit Local Chapel Hill
Thursday, May 9th @ 9 am
Worried that a bodyweight workout won’t be CrossFit-worthy? Well, my friend, allow me to change your mind. Come on out to this CrossFit-ized 30×30 bootcamp and I’ll do my best to prove you wrong!

Charleston at lululemon athletica King Street
Saturday, May 11th @ 9 am
We’re bringing the hope and fire to SC! Come on out for a special in-store event with the Charleston lulu crew!

Saturday, May 18th at 9 am
I’m bringin’ it home to where it all started when I join my family-of-a-team at lulu Brentwood and lead a run club up to Barrington Park where we’ll do the 30×30 bootcamp!

Costa Mesa at CrossFit Vibe
Saturday, May 25th at 9 am
Another CrossFit-ized 30×30?! You bet your ass-to-grass. Thanks to lululemon athletica Fashion Island in Newport for hooking us up with this phenomenal location!

Bonjour from Montreal!

I am already halfway through The 30×30 Project Tour, and everyone’s been asking:

“What’s next?”

To which I’ve been responding, “You’ll see.”

…partly because I know elements that I want to keep a surprise, but I also can’t fathom what’s coming after this.

Just as I couldn’t fathom this tour. Just as I couldn’t fathom making the full $18k from the campaign.

I’m taking this moment to, well, BE in this moment.

One step at a time. One step at a time.

I have the whole East Coast coming up! I really hope to see you out there. Since we last chatted, we’ve put NYC and Philly on the books!
