30inThirty

2 guys, 30 businesses, 30 days. A documentary film project to inspire the creative industry.

30inThirty is a documentary film project chronicling 2 guys saving 30 struggling small businesses ... in 30 days.

Stephen Churchill & Steve McIntyre felt the creative and tech industries could give back just a little more, so they're setting out to give their peers a bit of a nudge. This summer, the Steves will be saving 30 struggling small businesses throughout New England in 30 days, completely free of charge.

30inThirty is a documentary film project chronicling this summer mission, and you can join the movement to inspire the creative industry by supporting our film!

Your support powers this project!

We're depending upon the support of the IndieGoGo community to power this project by helping us raise our filming budget!

Many documentary film budgets exceed $1million ("Greatest Story Ever Sold" @ $1.5mil, "Freakonomics" @ $2.9mil, "Inside Job" @ $2mil), we're targeting only the minimum amount we'll need to tell the story of the Steves' mission this summer, and every little bit counts!

From the costs of traveling throughout New England to film the Steves' trip to filming them for 30 days non-stop, from the costs of traveling around the country to film & interview executives at leading social media, tech & creative firms to mass DVD production, we can't fund this documentary project without your help!

How can you help?

By pledging any perk level, you contribute to the filming budget for this project! From the $15 level that gets you a digital copy of the completed film to the $10,000 level that gets you on board as one of the team, every little bit counts!

To get a little practice before their upcoming project, Churchill & McIntyre found a struggling small business and got started...

The Steves found
Nunyuns Bakery & Cafe, a small business struggling to compete in one of the most wired-in cities in America. Without any website at all and minimal social media outreach, Nunyuns was already at a disadvantage!

Churchill & McIntyre built Nunyuns the kind of bridge to success they'll be building for 30 businesses this summer, from a brand new website to conceptualized social media training and a 3-month marketing plan to relaunch their business.

In the end, Nunyuns' relaunch was a smashing success, and they're already getting more and more guests every day!

IndieGoGo 101

New to IndieGoGo? Here's the official explanation from IndieGoGo, as we've also spelled out below...

PLEDGE YOUR SUPPORT! -- For just a short time, you can make a pledge to support our documentary project at any of the reward levels you wish. Take a look at the countdown to see how many days are remaining and click the pink button that says, 'Contribue Now' to get started.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I PLEDGE? -- That's entirely up to you! The perk levels we've designed start at just $15 for a digital copy of the completed film and go as high as $10,000 to join the production as a member of our crew. No matter what perk level you pledge, every little bit helps and your support is GREATLY appreciated!

WHAT IF WE EXCEED OUR GOAL? -- Our target goal is the bare minimum we think we'll need to tell our story, and anything more than that only helps us tell it better! From being able to interview even more "movers & shakers" within the industry to increasing our marketing budget once the film is complete, every [extra] little bit counts!

Still have questions?

We're all ears! Feel free to give us a shout, either by email or phone!
