In the sixth episode of the web comedy series "Gemini Rising", musician brothers Robert and Richard Mckenzie of the 1970's progressive rock group "Gemini Rising" are hitting a creative block while they attempt to write a song for their second album (aka "The Galaxy Twins Sessions"). Robert suggests they go back to their creative roots before their music became tainted by commercialism. They decide to visit Sister Jean, the nun from their Catholic elementary school who got them started playing guitar and singing in the "folk" mass at church. As the boys attempt to track her down, however, they discover that Sister Jean has changed along with the times.

What makes Gemini Rising Episode Six different?
"Gemini Rising" is a rock mockumentary web TV series set in the 1970's, featuring original music written and performed by the cast and creative team. What's makes it different is that it's a comedy with a heart. Despite its surface laughs, "Gemini Rising" is about the creative artist's very real struggle against seemingly insurmountable (and often hilarious) obstacles. "Gemini Rising" is essentially about dreams and dreamers. The dreamers are the characters who strive to make music that is true and pure (at least to them) in a rapidly changing world. And the dreamers are also the filmmakers and actors of this project, who struggle to make a high quality film out of very few resources. The challenge is to see how far the dream will take them/us. We welcome you to join our humble team as we strive to keep this dream aloft.
