Peter Jackknife: The Tale of Pedro Navaja is a modern day crime-drama that intertwines three individuals from the same neighborhood, leaving one of them dead and one reaping the benefits.

In a jealous rage, Peter Vargas kills Danny, a rival, at a graduation house party. Forced onto the streets by his reverend father, he crashes at a friends place to hide out from the law.

The law is Det. Johnson- a man living on the edge. Dannys father was a cop and Johnson wants to find the killer. On a call to investigate a shooting death of a prostitute, he begins to connect the dots.

Dannys ex-girlfriend, Josiefina saw the murder go down, but wont say a word. And after the death of her ex-boyfriend and mother, Josiefina follows her mother footsteps, and become a stripper/call girl.

Meanwhile Josiefinas friend, Javier and Nancy make wedding plans- until a violent car crash disrupts their pre-martial bliss. Nancy dies and Javier loses part of his memory, becoming homeless.

Peter, Javier and Josiefina all confront each other in the violent conclusion to Peter Jackknife: The Tale of Pedro Navaja
