From art houses to festivals to broadcasts, Women Make Movies, a non-profit feminist media organization, is the world's leading distributor of films by and about women, with over 600 films in our catalog. WMM's acclaimed Production Assistance (PA) Program assists women directors and producers from concept to completion. Films from Women Make Movies have won awards at the Sundance Film Festival and have been nominated or won an Academy Award, including last year's SUN COME UP.
