An artist, author and activist in Southern California. My background include work with foster and homeless youth, domestic violence, sexual assault and environmental protection.
My first published book is "I Am More Than Just A Girl". It is a work of non-fiction for empowering girls and young women to be independent happy and healthy members of the world.
My art is mixed media. I enjoy working with graphic design, acrylic on canvas and transforming found pieces into beautiful works of art. I love to use words in my art because I know the power that words carry. They can boost us up or bring us down and it is our decision to choose whether we will have power over words or vice versa.

Investing In Women is a community for small business owners to network and find free business resoruces. I have awarded a monetary grant through IIW for the past 3 years to encourage women to become independent business owners.
