The award winning OutWorld Entertainment was founded by multi-talented artist Cesar Cruz when he was 13 years old. It wasn’t until his college years did OutWorld Entertainment began to become the production house it is today.
With 10 years experience professionally working in TV/VIDEO/ and FILM, Cesar has earned a reputation as a creative, dedicated hard worker.
Cesar blends his solid work ethic and creative flair into OutWorld Entertainment making it a very unique production house.
Cesar has produced 4 award winning films with budgets of $500! Currently Cesar works as a director for Focus SGW and as a director for THE RULE EXTREME. An outdoor hunting adventure show airing on The Sportsman Channel, Wild TV and the Versus Network in the summer of 2009.
