With 10 years experience professionally working in TV/VIDEO/ and FILM, Cesar has earned a reputation as a creative, dedicated hard worker.

Cesar blends his solid work ethic and creative flair into OutWorld Entertainment making it a very unique production house.

Cesar has produced 4 award winning films with budgets of $500! Currently Cesar works as a director for Focus SGW and as a director for THE RULE EXTREME. An outdoor hunting adventure show airing on The Sportsman Channel, Wild TV and the Versus Network in the summer of 2009.
