MI3NT3 / LIE represents Puerto Rico at the Academy Awards!!!

Dont be afraid Lie to survive

 Henry (Oscar Guerrero), an introverted young artist, rides the fine line between reality and fantasy in order to survive his distorted urban life. Paula (Mariana Santngelo), his mysterious lover, dares him to explore his wildest desires. While his friend Diff (Frank Perozo) jolts his thirst for adrenaline. Miente is a psychological thriller with a visual style that will take you to the edge.

The Impact

The publicity effort to promote MI3NT3 for a Foreign Language Nomination will place the spotlight in Puerto Rico's film industry and our talent around the world. We are committed  to promoting our industry and representing Puerto Rico with our film MI3NT3. Its not about winning, but about letting the Academy Members know about Puerto Rico's film industry talent. This publicity program will help promote Puerto Rico as film location and MI3NT3 as an example of contemporary cinema from the island.

 

What We Need & What You Get

We have estimated total cost of publicity professional fees, screenings, ads, and outreach program at $60,000, which we consider a long-term investment. Every cent  will go towards promoting MI3NT3 as Puerto Rico's candidate for the Foreign Film category and, by extension, Puerto Rico as the ideal hub for cinema in the Caribbean. We will go as far as we can -- or die trying. There is nothing to lose. Worst case scenario is not getting a nomination and more people finding out we have talented filmmakers in PUERTO RICO----Not bad!!!

 

When you collaborate, you become a Godmother or Godfather of MI3NT3 and will receive a copy of the film when released in DVD. Your help will not only promote MI3NT3 and its crew but all of PUERTO RICO.
