Max Einhorn attended the Capital Area School for the Arts in 2007 as a senior in high school. He is now attending Temple University studying film production and also has a theatre minor.

Einhorn has directed roughly fourteen short films and produced twenty. He has also collaborated on numerous projects with fellow filmmakers as an Assistant Director and Director of Photography. His creative efforts have often been showcased at The Middletown Area Arts Collective Art Gallery and has been interviewed about his work often by the Press and Journal newspaper of Middletown, PA.

He and friend Christopher Cunningham who he met at the Capital Area School for the Arts have recently created a sole proprietorship under Cunningham’s name called ‘Cunningham & Affinity Independent,’ a parent production company, and Einhorn has been instated as the Chief Artistic Director. As a Parent Production Company, CAI will be signing filmmakers as members within the company and will aid them during them production of their projects through various areas of pre-production, production, promotion, fundraising, and helping to find distribution.

Einhorn is currently working on a feature film called ‘The Back Lot,’ a dark comedy chronicling the struggles of a teenage film crew. Shooting begins in August 2009 and a completion of the project is anticipated to be in February 2010.
