Our Story

We are lovers of life, entrepreneurs, dreamers (you may know us from Earth Cafe Living Foods) and we also pride ourselves on being aficionados of true love! When we were single however, we found the process of "finding the one" to be completely overwhelming! We tried online dating, but with a plethora of different dating agendas out there, we found wading through a huge mass of less than serious daters to be both tiring & unsuccessful. We also hoped to "bump into" the right person by chance, though after years and years of going to parties, get togethers, clubs, outings, bowling alleys, parks, supermarkets...it didn't didn't exactly come together. Lucky for us, the stars aligned & we were set up by a mutual friend who cosmically had both of our names enter into his mind at the same time. In retrospect, we realized that If only there had been a forum where we could have SEEN the person in real-time, (I ran into many profiles w/pics from 20 years or 40 lbs ago! :) or even a targeted community for daters seeking a serious relationship - i.e. a quality place where marriage-minded singles could meet w/out the high expense you usually find or without having to fill out a LONG and TEDIOUS questionnaire, perhaps WE would have met a lot sooner?! So we decided to create what  we didn't have & what didn't exist ...until now!

The Impact

We strive to have a lasting positive effect on countless people's lives, our society, even the world! Our intent is for this vision to go global, and to be able to bring hopeful singles worldwide together in an easy, affordable, fun & results-oriented fashion. We take enormous pride & joy in being able to spread love across the world and thank you so much in advance for your contribution in helping us do so!  In a sea of online dating impostors, people searching for one night stands to forever relationships, we aim to create an alternative for people who know what they want & who can visit our website to find it. 

What We Need & What You Get

Our goal is to raise a small but vital amount of the overall funds necessary to launch a successful dating website. We have invested our own capital towards the programming and design of MarryMeAlready.com, and happily, are in the home stretch of that phase of development. The amount raised here will aid us in one of the most vital aspects of our launch - MARKETING. We will use these funds to get the word out- hire a stellar PR firm, pay for a jump-start via targeted online marketing- we even plan on holding contests and other surprises to attract a high-quality and eager community of supporters and users.

Our goal is for these perks to offer a great incentive to help fund our launch along with the satisfaction of knowing you helped to support someone's dream. In exchange for your generous support, we've come up w/items that are designed to do everything from encourage healthier living to simply brightening your day, with as little as a $5 donation! However even a $1 donation is acceptable & appreciated!!!

For those who could benefit from promotion of their own business, organization, charity or product, (remember this can be given as a gift) we're offering perks w/a $35or higher donation that include not only a thank you acknowledgment but also an invaluable LINK to your business or webpage. We're confident this will prove an exciting way to give a little, and receive A LOT!

A few little "extras" you should know:

Transportation to Los Angeles is not included if you donate at the level of receiving an invite to the launch party. However if you're not close by, LA is a GREAT place to visit & we're happy to provide recommendations and an incredible red carpet party you won't soon forget!

Earth Cafe desserts will be shipped on dry ice to actual addresses (business address preferred) & can not be shipped to a p.o. box or a location where they will sit for any significant length of time, as it is a refrigerated product. Earth Cafe desserts are gluten-free, dairy-free (vegan) refined-sugar free, raw, all natural, made by hand, and made w/love. The launch party is currently scheduled for early 2012. We have plan to partner with a charity for the celebration of our launch. We have a few charities in mind, and are open to ideas and suggestions. All funders at this level will be updated as soon as further plans are solidified.

Funders at the level of receiving a free T-SHIRT will be notified by email for shipping address and preferred t-shirt size and any other additional information needed.

In regards to the "contest" for an Earth Cafe cheesecake valid any contribution, a winner will be selected at random from the pool of supporters upon the conclusion of the campaign. (If you've already contributed at the amount to have an Earth Cafe Cheesecake(s) shipped, you will receive an extra cake, or it can be given as a gift) :).
