Our Story
Benjamin finds the light of Eden during his archeology trip in Eden. The light of Eden is a color that has never been seen by mankind before. He knows he is holding on to something so precious the rest of the world would kill to get a hold of it. Despite him going into hiding with his treasure, the word leaks out about his findings which makes him the leading target for contractors worldwide. What they don't know yet, however, is that the light has even more to it than it first seems.
The Light of Eden will be F.C.Rabbath's first feature film. This is a full lenth (90 min) adventure, action and drama film that is aimed to begin it's pre-production in September 2011. The filming will be done in Florida.
Who We Are
The F.C.Rabbath Creations team consists of F.C.Rabbath (writer, director, cameraman and editor), 3-4 crewmembers, 8-15 actors and 2-3 music composers. F.C.Rabbath is an award winning independant filmmaker who has made over 100 no-budget shortfilms during his spare time. Even though he started his filmmaking career without a filmeducation, he has already received over 7 million views on youtube for his shortfilms. He is known as the filmmaker who always provides the audience with an outstanding story and amazing quality and is therefor an inspiration to thousands of filmmakers worldwide. So far he has 27 filmfestival awards.
The Impact
The key-filmmaker, F.C.Rabbath, has an amazing vision which is worth spreading out to the world for entertainment and educational purposes. This campaign (if successful) will give the F.C.Rabbath team a kick start with Light of Eden and also their future full length films. Once the first feature film is done, it will be a lot easier to raise money for the next films. We will be truly grateful for everyone who helps us with this project we are so passionate about.
What We Need & What You Get
We are aiming to raise 20000 dollars through this first campaign. The money will be going to the script, costumes, location scouting, other traveling costs, cast, crew, props, the web-page and equipment. After this campaign we will aim to fund at least 20000 USD through other sources. Once the total amount of the funding is reached, the filming will begin!
We can also exceed the goal!
It would be truly amazing if we exceed the goal because it would save us time to find the funding from other recourses!! It could mean that we can start with the film earlier too! The money raised through our campaigns will go exclusively to the production of this film - nothing else!
