The only life Edwin knew was the one created for him. Beyond the trees that border his home, is a world that is all at once terrifying and alluring. Our story begins when Edwin stumbles across a door that is just the beginning of an adventure through perception beyond what he ever knew.

From SLAK Productions in association with EosPow Productions comes Jack in the Box, - based on the short story by Ray Bradbury of the same name - a story of a boy and his mother who live in a world separate from normal society. As Edwin grows, so does his longing to know what exists beyond the trees. But what he discovers is beyond anything a boy who knows nothing could ever expect.

"Jack in the Box" will be directed by Alex Gray, who also directed the acclaimed short film "Derek", which was prominently featured at the world famous Palm Springs short film festival, and will be filmed at the beautiful Estemere Estate in Palmer Lake, Colorado. 

All proceeds made for the film will go into production costs. Set design, craft services, equipment, wardrobe, post production, etc, are all things that need to be funded to make our dream of bringing this story to life a reality.
