To be real—Journal To Save Your Life is a visceral project born from a lot of intensity in my history. My name is Jasper Faolan, and journaling quite literally saved my life from sexual violence, partner abuse, addiction, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and confronting myself. I am now 29 years old with an MBA in entrepreneurship, a trilogy about my own adolescent delinquency, and I am currently studying towards becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner as I launch Journal To Save Your Life.
