Christine Knowlton is an emerging filmmaker and editor currently producing and directing her first full documentary, Sense The Wind. Her first short, Going Blank: Alzheimer’s Stories screened in festivals internationally. She creates educational and promotional videos for non-profit organizations, including the U.S. Disabled Sailing Championships and the Robie Pierce One-Design Regatta. Recent projects included a historical documentary trailer for Circle of Honor and a highlights video for a disabled women’s sailing regatta. She has created experimental multimedia shorts with contemporary composers and worked in broadcast production on the HBO hit, Bored to Death. Christine was a selected filmmaker for the Celebrating Women Filmmakers Education Outreach at the Jacob Burns Film Center and an adjunct editing instructor for the SUNY/WCC Summer Digital Labs.
