I have been a psychotherapist, author, and seminar leader for the past four decades. My first book, Radical Honesty: How To Transform Your Life By Telling The Truth, became a nation wide best seller in 1996 and has been translated into seven languages. I am dedicated to helping others learn to live authentic and powerful lives, and to promote honesty and transparency as the solution to our society's biggest problems. I currently live in a small town in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley.
