My name is Kelli Farwell and I am the Captain and Founder of The Water Table, a New England tavern on a tug boat based out of Brooklyn. I grew up in Northern Maine, and fourteen years ago, moved to New York City where I’ve been immersed in the hospitality industry, at such top tier venues such as Gramercy Tavern and Craft and the more casual eateries of Dressler, Dumont and Rye in Brooklyn. The Water Table is the culmination of my love for the outdoors, hospitality & nautical experience.
