Born in China and grew up in St. Louis, I'm comfortable straddling two cultures. I have undergraduate degree from MIT in electrical engineering, and I've worked in the private sector for 3 years before coming to UC Berkeley for a joint master's program in Public Policy and the Energy and Resources Group. My professional aspirations are to push through changes that will lead to a more environmentally sustainable economy.
