A native Californian born to Mexican parents, Gabriela lives in London and works as a filmmaker. In production are Victor (animated creative feature doc) as director/producer. She directed Hunted which screened at Cannes Short Film Corner 2010 and Cuando llegues (feature) as co-writer and creative producer, was selected for Berlinale Talent Co-Production Market 2009. Gabriela was selected by the UK Film Council supported Initialize Films to attend Berlinale and invited by the festival to attend the Talent Campus in for Victor, most recently she was selected for the Tareula development programme at the San Sebastian Film Festival in 2010.
