Bio: No Restrictions Entertainment, LLC, produces commercial independent feature films. Latino filmmaker Edgar Michael Bravo and producer John Paul Rice are the company principles.
Bravo and Rice have completed their company's first feature film ONE HOUR FANTASY GIRL, a dark coming-of-age drama, the story of Becky Lewis, a runaway who’s been on her own in Los Angeles since she was 15, having escaped from a physically abusive, alcoholic mother.
Becky, now 20, with no education and always struggling for money, is in her first month working as a dominatrix with the hope of eventually earning enough to invest in real estate and never be broke again. Her experience over the coming weeks leads her to find an unlikely ally who, for a moment, gives her the break she’s never had.
The team is preparing for the sequel to OHFG, THE BOY WHO COULDN'T SAY NO, a dark comedy about a 19-year-old Mormon virgin boy who falls in love with an ex-dominatrix.
Unknown to Jake, Becky is in serious debt and is forced to blackmail him for his Mission savings. This sets in motion a coming-of-age journey where Jake discovers the strength to follow his own path.
THE BOY WHO COULDN'T SAY NO is an honest look at the challenges we face growing up as teenagers and adults - trying to find our way while coming to accept ourselves and others for who they are.
The type of audience BOY would draw is people who saw films like LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE & SECRETARY.

Excerpt:
The film was intriguing from beginning to end. The acting was excellent and the original music, by Nima Fakhrara, fit the mood perfectly. |
