Bio: My reel is online at www.timgoodwin.com. My resume follows.
I'm an extremely competent FCP Film/Broadcast Editor & Motion GFX Designer with clients such as Nickelodeon, Discovery Network/Treehugger, the CW network, and CBS Sports Online. I have advertising, branding, and corporate experience, and credits in feature film and broadcast, in long-form narrative and documentary, broadcast promo, offline and online. I just wrapped up post as an editor on a feature-length documentary about sword fighting in history and film, and historical European martial arts, RECLAIMING THE BLADE (2008) http://www.reclaimingtheblade.com/main/.
I have executed content for high profile and large shows. More recent experience includes graphic work for Discovery Channel/Treehugger, Cinemax's Fall 2006 Star Wars Trilogy promotional campaign, and multi-screen animations for the Condé Nast Traveler Reader's Choice Awards at Lincoln Center Jazz.
An abridged client and employer list would include Citigroup, Bon Appetit, Condé Nast Traveler, Vogue, Nickelodeon, Perception, The Halo Group, St. George's University, Sterling Group, Pepsi, AOL-Time Warner, Miller Brewing, Vivendi Universal.
I also work as a broadcast and film colorist; I was the online editor/colorist on MURDERBALL (2005), the feature documentary which won the Audience Award in the 2005 Sundance Film Festival, and was an Academy Award nominee for Best Documentary.
Feel free to contact me for any further information at 917-664-0669.
