Travis J. Kehoe is a writer and filmmaker from South Burlington, Vermont. He graduated in 2006 from Burlington College with a Bachelors Degree in Film Production and Cinema Studies. Since graduating Travis has focused on writing, directing and animation.
In 2006 Travis worked as a Makeup and Special Effects Assistant and Actor in Zombie Town an Edgewood Studios film. “Zombie Town” was released to DVD nationwide in November 2007 and premiered at the Horror Sci-Fi festival. In 2007, Travis worked as Assistant Director and Makeup and Special Effects Artist with local filmmaker Mike Turner on Turner’s award-winning independent Primevil. Travis has been influenced by both Horror and B-movies. He is inspired by such Directors as Lloyd Kaufman, Quentin Tarantino and Spike Jonze.
Travis recently competed in the www.filmracing.com Grand Prix 2007 with his entry “Lucid” which Travis wrote and co-directed with Mark Covino. “Lucid” reached the number 4 spot on www.Ourstage.com for the fan favorite film.
