Hey, just wondering, I never signed into any paypal account when creating this account. How am I able to access my funding when I go into production?
I want to invite myself to be a member of my project's team. When I do this, I see in my email that i have been invited, but then when i go to My Go Go I don't see any invite to accept. How do I accept this invitation?

Hi, can you confirm or clarify the fees involved in fundraising here? My understanding is that the deal is if I set and reach a target of $100 then $9 is withheld by IndieGogo as a processing fee and the rest (minus PayPal fees) goes to my designated Paypal account. Is that correct? Is there anyway to avoid the Paypal slice?

How do I send money back to my personal bank account if the funding drive I conributed to did not succeed? I have already clicked the Refund button on MyGoGo page, but I don't see an option to fully refund.
ok so Im new here, how does this works? If I have a story and I know how much fundings I need , I just post it and people will donate if they like the synopsis? but what if I have a crew and people here think I dont because there not from this site?

Hi Jon, We currently don't have this functionality available, but it's a great idea, and we've included it on our list of items to discuss for future functionality roll-outs. Currently, anyone can join your community by taking any action (endorsing, commenting, contributing, etc.) WHen you make an Announcement, everyone in your community will receive an email with the announcement. So the Annoucements section is great way to keep your community updated and engaged. Cheers!
hey there - how do I upload a photo to my profile?
To add your "browse image" (i.e. the image that shows up at the top of your project profile), click on the EDIT icon (looks like a notepad with a pencil) in the upper right-hand corner of the center window on your project profile. You can browse and upload your photo there. Let me know if you have other questions. Hey Alafia, no need to set up PayPal. We do that for you. To start fundraising: 1) Go to your project profile page: www.indiegogo.com/HavanaHabibi; 2) Enter EDIT mode by clicking on the EDIT icon in the upper right corner of the INFO/MEDIA/FUNDING/TEAM/PRIVATE box; 3) Click on FUNDING; 4) Click on the "SUBMIT FOR FUNDING" button at the bottom of the page.
what do endorsements do?
As part of DIWO (Do-It-With-Others) Filmmaking endorsements is your way to show extra support for a project or person beyond becoming their friend. For example, maybe you have worked with someone before or really enjoyed meeting them at a networking event, you can endorse them and let the world know that they or the project "gets your vote".

How can I get my Fruit of the Tree logo on the email widget? It's on the blog widget, but the email widget has another pic on it (nice one of our team, but the wrong thing for the widget!). I've tried every way I can to change it. Can you do it for me? Danae emailed me an explanation that putting the right logo up in the project block would work, but it's there and it doesn't. Sorry to be a bother. Thanks for the help.

I have a question. I am funding right now. If I don't reach 500 dollars will I not get the money I have received so far. My friends have 4 55$ cards and I need for them to transfer the money to my movie but I don't know how to get the money now. What should I do? thanks
Hi there. Yes, you receive the funds once you've reached your funding goal. If your funding goal is not reached, contributions will return to the contributors, at which point they'll be able to fund your project again if you set a new funding goal or another project. The filmmakers who have achieved fundraising success on IndieGoGo thus far have staged email campaigns and included their projects widget in the messages. Let me know if you have any other questions.
