We wanted to first thank all our donors, SO MUCH, for all your support. You are already making people's lives better, as we are out here on the road committing Random Acts of Kindness all over the country and creating our webisodes. THANK YOU! Although this campaign is officially done, we will still be raising money over at our website. You are welcome to donate any amount at any time, so if what we're doing resonates with you, pop on over to http://girlsgonemoto.com and check us out.
OUR STORY:
Earlier this year, Sally and Natalie rented an old RV and took off around the US as an experiment to see what happened when they took their lives and their businesses as life coaches mobile. This was something they have always wanted to do. The result was more than just a fun adventure - it was truly life changing. They inspired so many people and were in turn inspired by the lives that they touched such that they decided to do it all over again on a grander scale. All of their stuff in storage, this is them literally following their dreams and investing time, money, blood, sweat and tears to make it happen.
They found a videographer, Kathryn, who was recruited to document everything for weekly episodes and a documentary. She will be posting episodes weekly and smaller updates more often. Kathryn quit her perfectly good job in an industry she fought to get into to follow her dream and join Sally and Natalie in their quest to spread kindness throughout the US.
THE PROJECT:
Girls Gone Moto: Two Life Coaches, a Camera Girl, A Great Dane and an RV, in the Pursuit of Happiness"
We believe this is important because everyone deserves happiness. Everyone deserves to know that there is kindness in the world. Everyone deserves to be loved and inspired. We believe that when people are living better lives, the world is a better place. We want to help make the world a better place, one Random Act of Kindness, one stranger, and one state at a time.
Girls Gone Moto will be a Web TV series about three girls (two certified life coaches and a videographer) traveling the U.S. southern states for 2 months, on a pursuit of happiness project and documenting everything along the way. We believe that happiness comes from living your best life. Our goal is to inspire people to dream and take action, with attitude, so that they can create better lives for themselves. The mission of the show is to make a difference by inspiring people to live better lives. The more people we reach, the more we make a difference. Imagine if Roadtrip Nation, Starting Over and Road Rules had a baby.
Each episode will be broken down into the following sections: Coaching Lesson, Adventures and Shenanigans, and Acts of Kindness. The Coaching Lesson will entail providing a teaching moment by offering lessons, tools, and tips in order for viewers to move forward in their lives and take the steps to begin creating their ideal lives. Adventures and Shenanigans will entail teaching by example (going on challenges personally or inviting people we meet along the way to go on their own challenges), as well as capturing wild moments in our own lives along the road. Acts of Kindness will entail various random acts, such as giving a bouquet of flowers to a receptionist, buying a cafe full of people a cup of coffee, and serenading a stranger on the street who seems sad. The Random Acts of Kindness will serve as encouragement and inspiration for people we come into contact with.
We have contacts and people who are interested in the concept of the show (producers and reality show managers). We need to build content in order to pitch the concept to networks. We are raising the money to fund our pilot. We want to collect enough material to make the pilot for the show. The money will go directly to the Random Acts of Kindness we will perform, in addition to the camera crew, video equipment/editing software, RV rental and gas to keep us going. In the grand scheme of things, however, you are paying to make somebodys life better, whether they are directly affected by interacting with us or indirectly affected by watching the show.
We appreciate all your support. And if you like the project please donate and share with your friends. See you on the road!

She is one of the two certified life coaches who will be documented for the WebTV series.
-
Kathryn LejeuneChief of Art Making. Captain of the Sunshine Squad. Kathryn is a motorcycle-riding, nature-loving, art making filmographer with a passion to create and an eye for style. She will record our tears, lots of laughter, and perhaps a make-out session or two. (Don’t tell our moms)
