FOUND IN TIME

"Found In Time" is a fantasy feature film, set in an alternate present-day New York City, where psychics sell their wares on the street, face prejudice and harassment from the police and society, and lead desperate, lonely lives.  Chris is a "psychic collector" - he compulsively finds and keeps random objects, then sells them.  But everything he finds has a use for someone in the future.

But this gift has a downside - Chris lives his life out of order, experiencing the past, present and future as a mixed-up jumble.  When he commits a murder in the future, he realizes he has to rearrange the objects - and his situation - in the present to prevent the murder from happening.

WHERE WE ARE
We shot the film in September 2010, and are now in the midst of sound post-production.  We estimate that the film will be done in mid-summer of this year! 

What's left to do is:
* Sound design (this is roughly 1/3 done)
* Scoring (this is roughly 1/3 done)
* Visual effects and titles (started)
* Color correction
* Mix
* Tape/DVD master
* Submit to festivals

WHAT WE NEED
We are seeking $5,000 to pay for the last bits of postproduction - color correction, mix, tape/DVD duplication, and festival fees. 
Up to this point, the film has been funded by a few brave crowdfunders, the producer, and a few investors.  Despite some cost overruns during production and post, the film will be completed on a budget of $130,000.  This last $5,000 ensures that post doesn't have to slow down or stop, and will enable us to make some critical festival deadlines.

A $10 contribution will pay for one DVD package - including DVD, sleeve, case, postage, and press kit materials.

A $50 contribution will pay for one festival fee

A $100 contribution will pay for part of an HDCAM-SR master tape (where the film will be finalized)

A $250 contribution will pay for part of a day in our sound mixing room
