THE STORY
Emmett is a misfit in his small Texas town. Being a poor, gay, Christmas tree flocker doesn't help. Always under the judging eye of the tree lot's owner, Mrs. Thibodeaux, he is tolerated because he can create magic with fake snow. Emmett creates fantastical works of art using the trees as a canvas. From American flags, to peppermint stripes, Emmett is not your average flocker.

However, things are about to change for Emmett. Just as Emmett's romance with his crush, Seth Thibodeaux, starts to take off, his Uncle Johnny shows up and threatens Emmetts job. Despite it all, Emmett continues to create ever more impressive trees, gaining the attention of someone who could change his world forever.

In the end Emmett will have to decide whether to stay in the only life he's ever known, or take a leap of faith and finally believe in himself.
WHY DO WE NEED YOUR HELP?
A professionally shot film like FLOCKER is an expensive endeavor. Every dollar counts to help us bring Emmett's world to life, and will help pay for:
- Set design and construction of Emmett's home, the lot, and the "hero" trees
- Location fees and insurance
- Red One camera rental, along with the huge amount of lighting, grip equipment, and generator needed for a night shoot of this size and scale
- The funds to hire the amazing professional cast and crew needed to pull it all off
- Feeding a cast and crew of more than 50 people
- Accommodations for out-of-town cast and crew
WHAT DO YOU GET?
DVD's, T-shirts, handmade ornaments, and a chance to become part of the team! We have some incredible perks, and any donation of $25 or more will get a copy of the DVD. Plus, because FLOCKER has fiscal sponsorship from aGLIFF any donation you make is tax-deductible!

THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS!
Making a movie is a community endeavor, and we are so thankful YOU chose to be a part of FLOCKER!
Whether you can donate a dollar, a thousand, or you tell everyone you know about this project,
YOU really do make a difference!
