Feel good about taking part in a worthy investment that requires little time or effort on your part. At a minimum you will receive an autographed copy of the finished Expose Your Self CD complete with the beautiful cover art by artist Silke Henkel-Wallace and cover designed by Theo Chillicas or pledge more and you can you can book Garrick for a solo house concert to provide entertainment for a fundraiser of your own anywhere in the U.S. or guitar lessons while GD is on tour. We will make good on pledgers perk within 1 year especially if pledger resides outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. For instance, if you reside in France we will route touring to complete the deal, provided expenses are covered, etc..

Expose Your Self contains 13 tracks of emotive vocals, guitars, drums, piano/keyboard, bass, percussion and cello instrumentation with a lyrical philosophy and subjects centered on the adult experience of the value AND pain of love-for others and of ones self, time passing, family and perseverance to overcome obstacles. It took 3 years to make from start to finish and the journey in between was one of artistic growth and focus to both learn recording software technology to create music that would not be questioned for audio quality but will appreciated for its imagination and scope of achievement not having been recorded in a traditional recording studio but mostly in the living area of Garricks apartment(all except for the drums and percussion tracks). The creative fuel for the album is about stepping up to be your true self as nature intended and the facing of fears that deter many from doing so. Also addressed is forgiveness, a catalyst for healing wounds of the heart and living productively in the present.

The ultimate goal of this IndieGoGo.com campaign is to begin the process of generating awareness of the work of an artist and his band who, having honed their individual skills with dedication, have kept the creation and performance of music clearly in the forefront of their lives. These musicians will benefit through the work generated from live shows and the administrative work necessary to create a strong and focused organization. It starts with a solo tour and adding musicians as the budget grows.

We hope that not only will you take part in this funding campaign but you will find it worthy and intriguing enough venture to spread the word so that we may reach our coveted goal by our deadline date of October 15th!
