EVERYWHEN
"An average man has to fight his way from a mirrored reality back to his own, to save his 5 year old suicidal brother."
In the near future human-teleporting has become a daily procedure, and is executed nearly 4 billion times a day. Scholarships have been replaced by knowledge chips, and the world seems bliss. But one day the teleporting atoms collide, and sends 3 billion people off to an alternate reality. The worst part is: They don't know they're in a different place, and there are now 3 billion people missing. What if our reality is just one of many?
Ian Finch, an average man lives with his 5 year old little stepbrother, when he all of the sudden discovers something rather odd: The place he's been living his whole life, all of the sudden seems empty, dusty, and abandoned. As if no one's lived there for centuries. He had found a drawing his brother had given him, which pointed towards a suicide, so he had jumped in a teleporter and ran home. But the world seems different, the daily coffee is undrinkable for no reason, and people are acting strange. On his journey back to his own reality, he meets a mysterious friend, gets chased by the government, and is forced to make smart decisions based on what seems to be a different world.
Our Story
This film is inspired by traumatic events that we all have experienced in some way: "To have a world you thought you knew, turned upside down."
We're six 16 year olds from Norway, who's dying to get this film done. We've gathered a group of 60 people to work on the film, and we're all set to start shoot in May 2012. We call it a "visualization of a man's lost hope, and the way back again". An original sci-fi film with soul. We're trying to make a fresh experience, but we need your help.
Jarand Breian Herdal and Jens Peder Hertzberg both seek to become something within the film-industry, and this is our chance to be seen. We love the thought of creating an illusion. Emotions play a big part, either it's sadness, emptiness, happiness or excitement. Without emotions, a film is like a scene from a movie you've never seen. There's nothing to relate to.

The Impact
By making this original film, we hope to introduce indiefilm to the festivals and film-industry as a new "genre". We want young filmmakers to step out of the shadows, and inspire others to act, as we enter a new and fresh year of film. We've all got dreams, we hope you can make this one become real.
Young musicians, designers and writers all get their first "real" attempt in this film. An attempt to become something. An opportunity to be seen.
What We Need & What You Get
We need 13500$ to fulfill our vision of the film EVERYWHEN. Either we get 5$ or, 13000$, we will make this film, but not nearly as good. We're renting RED ONE for the film (the camera used for Social Network, District 9 etc.), locations beyond our imagination of beauty and detail, fresh costumes, and a chance to sell a compelling experience. This is our passion, this is what we want to do with our lives.
The more you donate, the more you get.
Donate and get a sneak-peek at whatever happens, see behind-the-scenes, get the album containing the complete soundtrack or even visit us on-set.
Other Ways You Can Help - DO IT WITH OTHERS
Do you have a suggestion for a take on the story? Send us an e-mail, or leave a comment in the comments section! The more interactive we can get, the better.
Can you draw comics, want to design concept art, or make a poster? We're planning on making a comic and give it to different comic-shops for them to hand out free, like MidtownComics in NY. This is a way for you as an artist to be seen, as well as helping us! Concept art and posters will be showed at local shops, international festivals and online.
Tell everyone about us! Get the word out! Tell your friends about us, tell your family about our project. Let people know we exist!
