I'm a graduate of Northwestern University, where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, International Studies and Spanish. I currently reside in Chicago, IL and work as a Program Manager with the Center for Cultural Interchange (CCI), a non-profit international educational exchange organization. I work to facilitate cultural exchange programs for international high school students in the U.S., a mission that I'm greatly invested in.
I have always had a passion for learning about other cultures and languages, due to my adventures traveling the globe throughout my childhood. I was very fortunate to have those opportunities growing up because they gave me a much more global perspective on life. I believe that it is crucial for everyone to have some cross-cultural experience because it is the only way in which one can understand that we are all very much the same on a universal level. This project certainly brings that to light and I hope to continue to spread this message throughout my life.
