Raised in her parent’s photography studio in New York City, Danielle Katvan has been exposed to the art of visual storytelling her entire life.
After discovering that her true passion lay in film, she started work as a freelance editor, cutting commercials, promos and trailers for clients such as Ford, A&E Television and Jordan Brothers Entertainment.
Danielle’s keen visual sense, hard work and perfectionist approach help to channel her passion and creativity into a professional outcome. Be it a commercial, a music video or a feature film, her goal is to create projects that are visually stunning and intellectually stimulating.
In 2009, Danielle was awarded the Eastman Kodak Silver Award for Excellence in the Craft of Filmmaking. She is currently in pre-production for a 20 minute short, in addition to writing a feature screenplay.
