Our Story
I publish the blog Dear Coffee, I Love You and design things for a living. Before I was a designer, I was a barista. My love for exceptional coffee inspires a greater appreciation for it and everyone responsible for making coffee a daily part of our lives. I know I'm not alone.
Earlier this summer I raised money to print my first coffee shirt (No "X" in Espresso) and a lot of fellow coffee lovers were happy to wear it. So now I'm reprinting that shirt and a few others that I hope will be just as well received. There's a lifestyle brand for almost every interest out there, it's about time coffee lovers had one too. With your help, we can make DCILY just that.
The Impact
You'll get to wear your love of coffee on your sleeve, be the envy of your local coffee shop and admire yourself in the reflection of your Chemex. Also, 5% of all DCILY sales are donated to Coffee Kids to help improve the lives of the families who grow the coffee we love.
What We Need & What You Get
This is a pre-sale to jump-start production and help fund future products yet to be designed. When getting high-quality garments printed, there are minimum order requirements that must be met and it's hard to guess which sizes will be in the most demand. By taking pre-orders, I can produce the sizes you want and reduce excess stock.
Product Details
- The t-shirts will be printed with water based ink on premium t-shirts. They will be super comfy and most likely become your favorite shirt.
- The hoodie will be printed on a premium zippered sweatshirt. So nice and cozy you won't want to take it off until spring.
While I can't promise female versions of the shirts right now, if there is enough interest, I may produce some.
Other Ways You Can Help
Tweet, +1, share on Facebook, drop hints to significant others about upcoming holidays, tell your friends in person (if people still do that), and tell your local coffee shops you would love for them to carry DCILY gear.
The "Enjoy Black Coffee" design was a collaboration with Simon at Coffee Made Me Do It.
