Dan DeNicola
I was born and raised in Westchester County, New York and is an alumnus of Regis High School in Manhattan, where my love of storytelling began to form as a student actor and director. I studied acting at SUNY Purchase College, the Experimental Theatre Workshop at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, and currently attend Emerson College with a major in Theatre Studies: Acting and Directing. I made my screen acting debut in the independent short film The Meadow, from Flying Monkey Productions.

I am a proud partner in A2A Productions. We are currently in the final stretch of principal photography for our first feature, Gray Area, and in preproduction for our second, Iago. Writing Iago, an adaptation of Shakespeare’s Othello, has been a labor of love for three years. My experience as a writer and producer on Gray Area has been a bold experience in appreciating Boston and indie filmmaking at its most vital. Both films will be presented in Red One Digital Cinema.
