An Independence Day 'Quote of the Day' from "Come On Down!"
I get on the stage and I was so excited. I popped Bob a crisp salute, because he was a sailor, you know, he was in the Navy and he obviously recognizes that I’m a marine. He said, “Alright, let’s play your game.” The big doors open and out comes this beautiful bed; it’s a nice waterbed."

"Come On Down" Quote of the Day:
"The Price Is Right plays on this idea of vicarious pleasure. We want to imagine ourselves playing 'The Price Is Right.' We want to think – I could be the person who gets called down to contestant’s row. I could be the person brought up on the stage."
Professor Jason Mittell, Mittlebury College |

| Summer's here and as we round the bend to the completion of this hilarious project, let me remind you that there are very few things more "American" than apple pie, the 4th of July, and 'The Price Is Right!' Your patriotism (and support of this project) will be greatly appreciated by the entire Come On Down! crew. Let the funding begin! |
