2. music supervision
a. The art of creatively combining music and visual media.
b. Selecting & licensing music for all film, TV and new media productions.

In essence – filmmakers & film production companies hire us to find the perfect song that evokes the proper emotion for any scene in their film. Primarily geared toward independents artists, we aim to help musicians secure placements in film and television & help filmmakers properly secure licenses for the music used within their films.

HISTORY

Olga and I met in college in 2005 and shared an immediate connection through of our love and passion for music. After some divine intervention, we both fell in love with idea of music supervision & decided to create a music supervision firm to use as our final class project/dissertation. We’ve won a number of awards from our former instructors for the sound research, case studies, and excellent information used within the firm’s business plan. After college, to further our knowledge of music rights and licensing, we both found jobs with one of the world’s largest performance rights organization (Olga worked in their NY office while I reported to the satellite office in Atlanta).

After years of training – we decided to break away from our 9-5s & move forward with the launch our own company, using the business plan we created in college as our blueprint. Since our company’s formation earlier this year, we’ve relied on our contacts and due diligence to seek & secure a number of clients in television and film with more are sure to follow.
