Cesar is a Haiku Films partner and co-writer of the feature Soledad’s Awakening. He is a consultant of Ontrac Communications, a UK based marketing services firm. He brings 20 years of hands-on experience in sales, multicultural/ethnic marketing, and international business development in the services and manufacturing industries. Cesar helps entrepreneurs develop business plans and marketing strategy.

Along with his increasing interest in film production, Cesar’s background in art sales and brokering film financing brings a keen business perspective to Haiku Films. Cesar is actively engaged in financial planning and marketing development for the organization. Cesar is the Executive Producer for the short film, Soledad is Gone Forever.
He has contributed to finalizing the script, budget, and websites for Soledad Is Gone Forever and HaikuFilms.org.
