Who are we?

We are Bubbles and Bass. We are a not-for-profit artistic collective that will be bringing architecture, photography, performance art, and music to share with over 50 thousand open-minded individuals at the Burning Man Festival. We are a team of artists, musicians, circus performers, dancers, planners, bartenders, builders, architects, thinkers, dreamers, and lovers.

What is our goal?

Our goal is to create a comfortable and creative space for the Burning Man community to experience our art and music. Furthermore, it is to provide FREE champagne, hookah, circus art workshops, live DJ sets and performances during the morning hours. We hope to raise $4,500 from your donations to turn this dream to a reality. 

Where will the money go?

First, our photography project, "Sunshine for the Soul":

As the ultimate expression of love and connection, we are creating a mural bar of photographs depicting happiness. Photographs will capture people lost in the moment and living life to the utmost to serve as a reminder of the passion that lies within. Our photographers will be donating images from their personal and professional collections. Their donations will include their time, passion, and art. Your donations will go to pay for the printing and preserving so that these images can survive the rough conditions in the desert that Burning Man calls home.

Second, our music and sound, "Bubbly Bass-tastic House":

Our DJ's are coming from all over the US representing some of the major players in the electronic music scene and some of the best in the underground house music world. We are going to set the stage for the DJ's music to be given life. All our DJ's are donating their time, passion, and beat bringing abilities. Bubbles & Bass believes in the power and beauty of the community that becomes so tangible on the dance floor when everyone is connected to the beat. We honor the ability for everyone to share their creativity in the expression of dance and connect to the soul of the music. To achieve this, your funding will sponsor and power a 15,000 watt sound system to help the community lose themselves to the music and dance. 

Third, our circus arts:

Professional circus artist, Jill Maglio, will be empowring individuals and communities through the art of circus three mornings on the playa (@ Burning Man)! Through our sunrise circus, we are allowing the community to connect with their inner child and be able to play without any inhibition. Our circus tools will include hula hoops, poi, juggling clubs, stilts, devil sticks, and staffs. Your funding will provide the instruments to empower individuals and the community through the art of circus.

Lastly, our sunrise bubbly:

We are planing on gifting nothing short of 3000 bottles of cold bubbly for everyone to enjoy as the sun breaks over the desert horizon what a way to bring in the day and celebrate the joy of being in Black Rock City.

All these amazing contributions to the Burning Man community cost money to make a reality, and given that we are a new camp, we have higher start up costs.
