Google Buzz is a new way to share updates, photos, videos and now IndieGoGo projects.  (See the video below for an overview).  Google introduced Google Buzz earlier this week, and we're excited to bring it to every IndieGoGo project.

• Level of DIWO Activity** 

*Pitch page: includes both video & text pitch, quality & creativity of perks, specificity and transparency of the funding goal & use of funds.  See: Keys to Crowdfunding Success on IndieGoGo.

**DIWO Activity: how active you and your fans are in sharing your project via the share tools

How to Change Your Twitter Feed Term:

• Projects:  Twitter Feeds on projects default to tweets that mention the Project Title.
• Individual/Organizations: Twitter feeds on individual and organizational profiles default to tweets that mention their respective usernames.  

To edit your Twitter Feed term, click EDIT at the top of your profile and go to the Twitter tab.

IndieGoGo Gets a New Look!

Thanks to all the great customer feedback and suggestions, we're excited to bring you a new Home Page, Project Profiles and Individual/Organization Profiles.  Overall, the enhancements:

• Showcase project media more prominently
• Make the site easier to use
• Help people discover completed and work-in-progress films more efficiently

Below are some highlighted changes.    Please tell us what you think!

HOME PAGE updates include:

1. Prominent discover box to help you find films faster

2. Live Updates of DIWO (Do-It-With-Others) activity across the site, IndieGoGo community Twitter buzz, and follow icons to keep you updated on all things DIWO.

PROFILE UPDATES INCLUDE:

1. For projects, more prominent showcasing of the film's trailer or pitch clip to hook viewers instantly!

2. For individuals and organizations, more prominent showcasing of all the projects people are participating in or following.

3. For projects, an online social media hub to display the project's online presences.  Filmmakers can include links to LinkedIn, MySpace, IMDB, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and the project's website.  Also, the Facebook link automatically defaults to a project's profile within the IndieGoGo Facebook application which allows friends on Facebook to contribute, follow, and share without ever having to leave Facebook.

4. What's New window to showcase the feed of fresh content: announcements, comments, contributions, videos, images and files.

5. Twitter Feeds to keep fans updated whether the project's or person is in production or premiering at a festival.
