...what has IGG discovered re. the connection between duration & success of funding campaigns? Is short and sweet better than taking full 120 days? ...examples of good/bad of both welcomed!

What's an Amazon Payments account?
Posted by: Melissa | September 05, 2010 at 08:21 AM
An AmazonPayments account is similar to PayPal in that it's an online banking account that allows you to pay for items online with your AmazonPayments login and password. Your AmazonPayments account is linked to a credit card or offline bank account. Hope that helps!

I had a campaign for a short film. I raised 1800 out of 3000. The campaign just ended and I didn't get anything. Was there some fine print that I didn't read? The reason I did indiegogo and not kickstarter was because I read that you get whatever you raise with indiegogo if you don't reach your goal. I just hope I didn't waste my time and all my friends and family's money. Please someone help, I'm posting anywhere I can to get help. I have realized that indiegogo has no customer support.

Help us!

I am working on a pitch, and just have a question, as I have never crowdfunded before.
- If it happened that *no* money was raised, would I still be charged the 9%?

Hey is it possible to convert the currency from US dollars to UK pounds?
Posted by: Michelle | June 17, 2011 at 10:57 AM
We have used IndieGoGo recently and we came short of our target. We feel that with a little more time and exposure, we should be able to raise more funds. Is it possible to keep the existing site up and running?
